The mark consists of the words CHIP WRECKED in red stylized letters with the letter "I" in CHIP having an orange dot on top as well as an orange dash in between the two words resembling two chips; all on top of a light brown banner outlined in dark brown; behind which is an outline of a dark brown compass inside of which is a blue background with white clouds and a blue and red vessel atop ocher and orange water resembling melted cheese; the vessel having black cannons protruding in three places; the vessel having one white sail and one gray sail both with maroon, red and light pink flags on top resembling bacon slices; there are three humanized potato chips on the vessel's bow, each with black eyes, white teeth and a pink tongue. the first resembles a pirate wearing a pirate hat featuring a stylized skull; the others resemble two ship boys, one of them wearing a hat representing a piece of salmon sashimi and glasses representing two sushi rolls; and the other wearing a hat resembling pieces of meat and vegetables.
