The mark consists of the three-dimensional trade dress design of the well-known MY MEDIC first aid kits for which the following primary features are claimed: (a) a fabric body with a front panel made of textured fabric that is different than the texture of the fabric body, the front panel with multiple rows of evenly spaced slots; (b) a vertical strap with a buckle that closes across the front panel; and (c) a rectangular identification badge centered toward the top of the textured front panel. The matter shown in short broken lines, namely, the holding strap handle, is not part of the mark. The broken lines serve only to show the position or placement of these elements in relation to the primary features of the trade dress.
