The mark consists of the three-dimensional trade dress design of the well-known MY MEDIC first aid kits for which the following primary features are claimed: (a) a front panel made of fabric with multiple rows of evenly spaced slots; (b) an upper portion of the front panel being made from a different fabric than the rest of the front panel; (c) a vertical strap with a buckle that closes across the front panel; and (d) an identification badge on top right of front panel. The matter shown in broken lines, namely, the holding strap handle, and the zipper pulls are not part of the mark. The broken lines serve only to show the position or placement of the primary features of the trade dress.
