Behind the birds are green and blue bars extending towards the circle. Surrounding these birds are a number of gold leaves. Running along the top and bottom of the rectangle are dark yellow chains and dark yellow lines. Between these chains are a number of dark yellow lines. The color white surrounding the overall design is background and not a part of the mark.
