The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by any company authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that each such company has, based upon completion of an initial audit performed by the certifier and the company's agreement to be subject to ongoing surveillance and re-certification audits performed by the certifier, met the standards and criteria imposed by the certifier and in compliance with ISO27701 standards (managed by the International Standards Organization), with respect to each such company's information security management systems and practices.
