Charitable foundation services, namely, providing fundraising activities, fundraising events in the nature of holiday celebration events, cinema events, and live theater events, funding, scholarships, grants and/or financial assistance for the support and education of children and families of first responders killed or permanently disabled in the line of duty as well as facilitating educational activities and programs created and operated by first responders and their affiliates which benefit the education and safety of children in their communities
