The mark consists of the phrase A FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH in yellow above which appears a stylized design consisting of a black semi-circle with the words OWNER OP FUEL in yellow at the top and at the bottom are two fuel nozzles in green, black and gray attached to black and green hoses, in the center of which is a black circle inside a green circle and inside of those circles is a circular fuel gage in yellow with the fuel meter in black going from E to F with hash marks between the letters and a black needle pointing close to F below which appears a representation of a fuel pump in black and white next to the word FUEL in black.
