The mark consists of Top of logo is a purple square with rounded corners and a black drop shadow. In the center of the purple square is a white letter "A" that stretches most of the length of the purple square, top to bottom. The top of the letter "A" has a white circle which makes the "A" resemble a radio tower in shape. On either side of the circle on top of the letter "A" are three parenthesis-shaped marks (each one slightly larger from the center moving toward the outside edges of the square) grouped together to resemble a radio frequency emitting from the letter "A" radio tower. Underneath the purple square, the bottom of the mark consists of the company name, Ascent Radio, in a white, italicized, block letter font, with a black drop shadow. Ascent Radio is written in two words, with a capital "A" on the word ascent and a capital "R" on the word radio.
