Beneath that is a banner, in blue bordered by black, with the words SERVICE AND SUPPORT in yellow. Also in the field of yellow is an arrow-pointed device pointing north, south, east and west, in black, bordered by a red and black trim. Also within the field of yellow is a circular design with four points to it, in black. Within the center of the mark is an eagle, perched atop a globe with an anchor behind the globe, in yellow and black. Inside the eagle's beak is a streamer that says SEMPER FIDELIS. Under this design is a blue banner with the words TO MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCES in yellow, and at the bottom of the mark is a red banner with the words HOME OF EXPEDITIONARY FORCES IN READINESS.
