The mark consists of three-dimensional trade dress of a portion of the product packaging for the goods. The packaging includes a top panel forming the top of a box for holding the goods. The top panel includes a first diamond pattern, wherein the first pattern includes darker, closely spaced diamonds at the front edge of the panel transitioning to lighter, widely-spaced and smaller diamonds toward the middle of the panel. Near the middle of the panel, the first pattern transitions again from lighter diamonds to darker diamonds toward the rear of the panel. A second diamond pattern appears in the rear third of the panel, wherein the second pattern includes lighter and smaller diamonds that transition to darker and larger diamonds toward the rear edge of the panel. A partial cloud design appears on the left side of the panel toward the front edge. Inside the partial cloud design is the wording "LITPIPES.COM" grounded near the front edge of the panel. Equidistant between the front and rear edges of the panel and offset to the left, the wording "LIT" appears in within a cloud design. Toward the rear edge of the panel on the right side, a cube suspended over a pair of hands appears over the wording "GLASS PIPES HANDLE WITH CARE".
