The mark consists of three-dimensional trade dress of a portion of the product packaging for the goods. The packaging includes a side panel forming a side of a box for holding the goods. The side panel includes a diamond pattern, wherein the pattern includes darker, closely spaced diamonds at the bottom edge of the panel transitioning to lighter, widely-spaced and smaller diamonds toward the top quarter of the panel. In the top quarter of the panel, the pattern transitions again from lighter diamonds to darker diamonds toward the top edge of the panel. A partial cloud design spans the width of the panel, with the top of the cloud design cut off by the top edge of the panel. Toward the lower rear side of the panel, the wording "LIT" appears within a cloud design. The rear side of the panel will be oriented to the right of the right side panel (Fig. A), and to the left of the left side panel (Fig. B).
