The mark consists of three-dimensional trade dress of a portion of the product packaging for the goods. The packaging includes a front panel forming the front of a box for holding the goods. The front panel includes a diamond pattern, wherein the pattern includes darker, closely spaced diamonds at the bottom edge of the panel transitioning to lighter, widely-spaced and smaller diamonds toward the top quarter of the panel. In the top quarter of the panel, the pattern transitions again from lighter diamonds to darker diamonds toward the top edge of the panel. A partial cloud design spans the width of the panel. On the lower left side of the panel the wording "LIT" appears within a cloud design.
