The certification mark, as used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies that the services will be provided by a practitioner who has completed a program in fitness coaching, covering the best practices for daily movement, strength-training and conditioning, HITT exercises, sprinting, as well as how to avoid injuries, increase mobility, develop lean muscle mass, protect joints, optimize metabolic health, and train clients to be fit for life, and is committed to adhere to the requirements of the program including life-long learning and periodic recertification.
