The mark consists of --On the left is a red and dark gray image. The top of the image is dark gray, and resembles a hollowed-out semicircle; at the very top are three disconnected, small circles, as well as a 4th small circle that is attached to the hollowed-out semicircle. All of these circles are this same shade of dark gray. The bottom of the image is red, and is the same shape as the dark gray part, even down to the 4 circles, except that everything is upside down. The whitespace between the dark gray part and the red part vaguely resembles the letter "S". --On the right is the phrase "SIREN BIOTECHNOLOGY", stylized in all capitalized letters. The entirety of the text is dark gray, except for the "E" in "SIREN". The E in SIREN is still mostly dark gray, except for the top horizontal line, which is red, and the vertical line connecting the top two horizontal lines, which is removed altogether. The the words "SIREN" and "BIOTECHNOLOGY" are roughly the same width due to the fact that the font for the word "SIREN" is a lot larger and wider than that for "BIOTECHNOLOGY".
