The mark consists of a silver, gold and grey shield surrounded by a large gold, light gold and brown outline having scalloped edges. Across the front of the shield are two grey and gold spears each of which is topped with several gold and light gold banner flags. Surrounding the spears are raiding grey lines. At the top of the shield and centered between the spears appears a small gold shield with a black outline bearing a coat of arms featuring a man wearing armor holding a sword and riding a horse. The man, sword and horse appear in the colors red and white, the ground the horse is walking on is colored light brown. There is a light gold and tan decorative garland located above and on both sides of the small gold shield. Below the gold shield having the coat of arms appears a red banner outlined in gold. Below the red banner is a red generally heart-shaped shield design with an internal cross in saltire. The heart-shaped shield design is outlined in gold. Below the heart-shaped shield design is another red banner outlined in gold. The banner has two white horizontal marks.
