The mark consists of a main partial circle with the tag line "Working All the Time" appearing along an arc inside the circle near top perimeter. The bottom third of the circle is overlapped by pie-shaped segments, which are a larger radius than the main circle. One segment spans the 4 o'clock and 5 o'clock positions thereof and another segment spans between approximately the 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock positions thereof. At the center of the main circle and the two segments are three concentric circles comprised of an exterior outline, a middle circle, and a center circle. An arc-shaped arrow extends inside the main circle beginning after word "Time," over the pie-shaped segments, and ending before the word "Working". Inside the circular arrow and around the concentric center circles, there are eight small circles equally spaced from each other, having a thin perimeter. The eight small circles have a pictorial representation of, respectively, starting at top and moving clockwise, night sky with crescent moon and three stars; outline of a cloud with three snowflakes; an electric plug with a circle-and-diagonal-slash symbol (meaning "no") over the plug; three curved lines representing wind; full sun comprised of a circle with a zigzag border; outline of a cloud with partial sun comprised of a partial circle and zigzag border; outline of a cloud with dashed lines representing rain; and outline of a cloud with dashed lines representing rain and outline of lightning bolt. The word "Wind" appears inside and near the outer perimeter of the segment, with the small circle with the pictorial representing wind in the portion of the segment inside the circular arrow; the word "Solar" appears inside and near the outer perimeter of one segment, with the two small circles with pictorial representations of the full sun and cloud with partial sun, respectively, in the portion of the segment inside the circular arrow. At the center of the concentric circles, inside the circle, the word "WATT" appears with the "W" being larger than the other letters and extending as a line above the letters "ATT" and forming the small case of the letter "e," which circles around the word "WATT".
