The mark consists of a circular design divided generally into four quadrants with: an upper right quadrant including four verticals lines namely green, light blue, magenta and dark blue from left to right; a lower right quadrant including four horizontal lines namely dark blue, light blue, orange and magenta from top to bottom; a lower left quadrant including four vertical lines magenta, dark blue, green, and light blue from right to left, and a upper left quadrant including four horizontal lines namely orange, magenta, dark blue and light blue from bottom to top.
