The mark consists of a six-sided shield colored forest green and in lighter green are the letters t.r.e.e. in lower case in a relatively large font with the word "THE" in upper case positioned above the letters t.r.e.e. in relatively small font size and the word INITIATIVE in upper case positioned below and to the right side of the letters t.r.e.e. An arrow design pointing upward is positioned above the letters t.r.e.e. with succeeding arrow points positioned on top of the first where the colors transition from light green to dark green and the relative width of the arrow points diminish. A broken horizontal line in light green is positioned above the wording and another horizontal line in light green is positioned below the letters t.r.e.e. and to the left of INITIATIVE.
