The mark includes the relative proportions of the accents and features of the revolver, including: (1) the overall shape of the revolver grip; (2) the angle and shape of the grip in relation to the revolver frame; (3) the location of the revolver grip; (4) the hexagonal shape and size of the cylinder; (5) the relative size and shape of the trigger guard in relation to the overall size and shape of the frame; (6) the location of the barrel in relation to the cylinder rotation axis and to the reaction point of the forces on the grip ; (7) the relative size and shape of the oblong holes in the front part of the frame; (8) the final front part of the frame is tilted backwards to emulate the horn of a rhinoceros; (9) the overall shape of the hammer; and (10) the overall shape and placement of the rear and front sights. The dotted lines indicate features that are not claimed as a part of the mark, including: the shape of the trigger and the upper and lower barrel picatinny rails.
