Applicant seeks registration for the mark for all areas of the United States except the states of Louisiana, New Hampshire, and Vermont, for use of the mark for retail store services in International Class 035. Applicant is currently using the mark in connection with promoting retail stores through signage, promotional brochures and web pages displayed through a global computer network. Applicants or its licensees currently operate JIFFY MART branded retail stores in the cities of Finksburg, Hampstead, and Westminster in the State of Maryland, and in the cities of Ashland, Chester, Disputanta, Fredericksburg, Petersburg, and Warrenton in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The attached Additional Concurrent Use Statement identifies the concurrent users and describes their use. To the best of Applicant's knowledge, no registrations have been issued to or applications filed by the concurrent users.
