The mark consists of A perfume bottle top of a three dimensional nature and designed to appear as a crown. The top is gold with a single central cut crystal and a second crystal positioned above the central cut crystal and capping the top. The central cut crystal is enclosed within gold arches extending from the second, smaller crystal to the gold band of the bottle top with diamonds placed along the top of each arch and with a gold and diamond iron cross design at the terminus of each arch with the band. Each iron cross design also includes a green emerald in the center of the iron cross design. Extending from the band of the top upward and equally spaced in between each arch is a gold fleur de lis design which also contains green emerald and red rubies. The band of the bottle top is festooned with green emeralds, red rubies and blue sapphires. The base of the perfume top is below the band and is in gold and is ringed with diamonds with the word "BENIGNA" etched in gold around the base and below the diamonds.
