The mark consists of two dimensional trade dress applied to product packaging consisting of the vertically oriented stylized word ESSENTIA in the color white inside of a rectangle in the color black where the top right corner of the rectangle is curved, above three horizontal stacked stripes in the color red forming the stylized letter E with a plus symbol to the right of the letter E in the color white, both inside of a rectangle in the color black where the top right corner and the bottom left corners are rounded. The dotted lines, the black bottle cap, and gray and white shading are to show placement of the mark on the product packaging and are not a part of the mark.
