The mark consists of the outline of a shield having a circle with the outline of the state of Florida and the letters "FFFL" disposed therein, the circle having three ridges on opposing sides thereof, two stars flanking the circle, the term "EST. 1968" disposed beneath the circle, the words "Florida Flag" disposed beneath the "EST. 1968", the words "Football League" disposed beneath the words "Florida Flag", a plurality of vertical line segments spanning left to right on a bottom portion of the shield and crossing the words "Football League", and a four-sided object disposed in a middle portion of the shield containing the words "Florida Flag".
