The mark consists of a design image of a Santa Clause with beige colored face and ears outlined in black and brown with white eyebrows, mustache and beard outlined in black and light gray, an open black mouth with a light red and dark red tongue, beige and brown lips outlined in black, three light red shadow circles, one of which is set on each cheek and nose, two light blue, dark blue and black eyes, set against a white background outlined in black; each of the two eyeballs reflect white pupils one of which has a white "twinkle" in it. Santa's hat is light red with dark red shadows and outlined in black with a light gray colored bell the interior of which contains dark gray shadows, white circles and a black colored crisscrossed line with one black circle at each end. The light red and dark red hat is draped over the side of Santa's face and ear. To the right of Santa's face is part of a blue oval with a white stylized star.
