The mark consists of a shield design formed of a horizontal oblong with rounded right and left ends and a triangle at center top of gold color with horizontal green rulings,, with a border of green, white and red lining, with the terms Tully's and "Tenders" stacked vertically within the shield design in letters that are red with white edges and green border line, a green banner in the shape of a parallelogram with slanted ends positioned beneath the term "Tenders" at the lower part of the shield design, including the terms "Hot" "Fresh" and "Fast" in white letters and with a gold star between "Hot" and "Fresh" and another gold star between "Fresh and Hot", with a smaller triangle of gold color with a green border below the center of the green banner, and with a white curved line partly in the green banner and extending beneath the term "Tenders".
