The mark consists of three dimensional packaging for art kits that highlights the contents of the product and features, on the front and back of the packaging, the French name ELLE CRÉE in medium lower case, cursive letters, followed by the English translation SHE CREATES in smaller, lower case font below the word CRÉE. The phrase "designed and made in Portland, Oregon by" precedes the name ELLE CRÉE. The mark also consists of window cutouts in the outer packaging allowing for a peek a boo look at the internal kit components. The canvas and paint pots are revealed by these die cut windows, without using plastic to reveal these components. The placement of the full color insert component of the packaging gives the consumer a color accurate "before and after" view of what the finished painted canvas will look like. The accent color of mint green (Pantone 565 C) in the packaging is inherently distinctive when used in combination with the aforementioned three dimensional design. The packaging includes a background image of an original paint by number line drawing. The dotted lines on the product packaging are intended to show the position of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
