The mark consists of of 2 parts, an abstract picture of a brain and the words of the company listed below the picture. The abstract picture of the brain consists of the shape of a brain overlayed on top of a tree with branches and leaves running through the brain design. The brain picture includes the brain stem which is the bottom portion of the picture. Throughout the picture, there are what appear to be branches, leaves, and circles in the negative space of the design. Beneath the picture are the words of the mark in all capital letters. The word "BRAIN" is in bold font. The words are stacked with BRAIN WELLNESS written above INSTITUTE. There is a teal-colored line separating the top words from the bottom word. The colors within the green spectrum start on the left side of the mark and begin fading into the blue spectrum, ending with a solid dark blue at the bottom portion of the brain, what would be considered the brain stem.
