The mark consists of a thin line to make a circle that leaves and opening at the bottom of the circle for words which reads FISH & TACOS. There is a one letter space between the H in fish and the ampersand. Then there is a space after the ampersand and the T for TACOS. The words fish and tacos are all in capital letters and the and sign (ampersand) is used instead of the word and. The opening of the circle is open equally on the left and right side of the circle.
