The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the services are provided by certified agents. The participant must: 1. complete a 12- unit training program. Each training unit is approximately 1 hour in length, once per week, and is also available online. After each training program unit, the participant must successfully pass a quiz (minimum 100% mark) in order to move to the next unit. 2. after the completion of the training program, the participant must successfully pass (minimum 75% mark) the examination. Once the participant has successfully met these requirements, she/he will be certified as an InAgent and will be given her/his own designated InAgent number.
