The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the individual demonstrates knowledge of implicit bias, cultural diversity, and how to conduct themselves in a nondiscriminatory manner by completing a specific course and examination in accordance with the standards developed by the certifier and subject to certifier's approval.
