The mark consists of a six-sided shield border outline including an inner six-sided section divided in half with the right side shaded darker than the left side and with the words "MAKE DIXIE" around the top of a circular centered design element and the words "GREAT AGAIN" around the bottom of the circular centered design element with a bar including a central star on either side of the circular centered design element, wherein the circular centered design element includes a flower in the center with eight flower petals and two leaves extending out on opposite sides with the right leaf slanted upward and the left leaf slanted downward, and, outside the flower, a ring of seven different design sections, starting with the left side and moving clockwise, (1) an angled banner with seven alternating bars and an upper shaded section with seven small stars and the number "76", (2) a shaded background and a shaded cross with seven stars on the vertically oriented portion of the cross and six stars on the horizontally oriented portion of the cross, (3) a banner slanting downward to the right with five alternating bars and a shaded section to the left with six full stars and two half-stars cut off by the border, (4) a vertically oriented banner including seven alternating bars with a shaded section including seven small stars oriented in a circle, (5) a shaded background with an image of a serpent with two fangs, an eye, and a tongue sticking out of the serpent's mouth, (6) a shaded section with a single large star in the center, and (7) a shaded section with an X-shaped pair of bars with seven stars on each bar wherein the center star is shared in both bars.
