The mark consists of a stylized design of a dog and a cat, both in black, with the dog standing on the left side facing right and the cat lying and facing left, with one leg lifted towards the dog. The lower side of the animals shows small white shadows. The two animals are placed on the upper side of a dark-green rectangle with rounded corners. In the rectangle are the words « panacea Pet Resort », with « panacea » in bold lowercase white letters in the upper row, and « Pet Resort » in slimmer letters, with capital initials, in white with green effects, below. Behind the animals is a large half-circle (stylizing a sun) with a dark green outline and lighter green in the interior that becomes gradually white in the center. The half-circle leans on the upper side of the rectangle and covers about 80% of the rectangles top line width.
