The mark consists of a circle with a grey border with inside the circle another circle exists with black outlining. The inner circle has a textured skin on the top half that is red with the bottom part of the inner circle non textured also in red Inside of that circle is an oval shape with black outlining and a shaded grey body. Inside of this oval is a stylized crown with uneven points with the American flag stars and stripes styled unto the crown in red, white and blue. Protruding from both bottom sides of the grey oval are green leaf designs with black shading in the leaves. Blue designed smoke emanates from the green leaves. On the bottom half of the entire design and within the bottom half of the circle is the word EMERIKAN in blue bold and capital letter font design with white bordering. Below EMERIKAN is the word King in cursive designed letters with the K capitalized and the rest of King in lower case in the color red with white bordering and some shading of black.
