The mark consists of A pair of owl eyes that are symmetric about the vertical axis. At the top of the owl's eyes, a pair of eyebrows together form the abstract shape of an open book laid on its back from a planar perspective. The left brow connects to the circle that forms the left eye and the right brow connects to the circle that forms the right eye; both shapes are separated by only a thin line of blank space. Following this thin line to the bottom, an inverted pyramid shape with a small round tip is created in between the two eyes at the bottom of the logo, resembling an owl's beak as well as the tip of an ink pen. The pupils of the owl eyes have highlights at their top right portions and the pupils are separated from the circles that form the eyes by white space. To the right of the logo, the name of the company is spelled with the same horizontal center with a slightly smaller height: EdWisely, with the letters "Ed" bolded.
