The mark consists of a four-point ninja star with a hole in its center, also known as a shuriken. The ninja star is in a metallic greyish-white color, with the tips of each of the four points of the star being white. Each of the four circles within circles at the tips of the ninja star ("base circle") has a design in the center and each base circle is surrounded by two curved colored arrows with two openings between the two curved arrows. The following words appear above and/or below the opening of the curved arrows: ACUMEN, ACCOUNTABILITY, AGILITY and ALIGNMENT in all upper-case block letters and black. The Alignment base design elements are primarily colored navy blue and light blue with a white rectangular box in its center, with a navy blue cross at the center of the white rectangular box encased in two navy-blue circles, with small portions of the white background showing, with the circle surrounding the irregular shaped circle being a thick navy blue. The thick navy-blue circle is surrounded by a white circle and the white circle is surrounded by streaks of light blue and white colors and varying geometric shapes all in a circular pattern randomly overlapping the white circle; 3. The Agility base design elements are primarily colored shades of yellow (mustard, gamboge and jonquil) with a solid circular gamboge color at its center with a twisted arrow in white pointing right in the center of the gamboge colored center and surrounded by a white circle and the white circle is surrounded by streaks of a mustard, jonquil and white made up of varying geometric shapes all in a circular pattern randomly overlapping the white circle; 4. The Accountability base design elements are colored Chili red and reddish brown with a white four-spoke nautical circular wheel with four and with a white calligraphy circle within the wheel, with a Chili red background and surrounded by a white circle and the white circle is surrounded by streaks of a reddish brown color and white and varying geometric shapes in a circular pattern randomly overlapping the white circle. "Everyday Design" (with first letters of each word in upper-case) are colored Chili red, reddish brown, gamboge and mustard, with "Everyday" above "Design" in a separate row. "Everyday" is positioned partially to the left of "Design" on the row above "Design". The letter "D" in the word "Design" on the row below "Everyday" is positioned slightly to the left and below the letter "a" in "Everyday". The letters "Eve" in "Everyday" are Chili red. The letters "ry" in "Everyday" are varying shades of reddish brown and the letters "day" are varying shades of gamboge. The word "Design" is colored reddish brown and varying shades of mustard. The letters "De" in the word "Design" are reddish brown; the letters "sign" are varying shades of mustard. The words "Everyday Design" have both a metallic grey and white background. The metallic grey background is behind "Every" in "Everyday" as well as all other aspects of the design, except the letters "day" in "Everyday", the word "Design" and the large metallic grey circle serving as a background for most of the design elements with a fading rim with random white circular-arrows on portions of the large metallic grey circle, are all on with a white background.
