The mark consists of a circle comprised by three swirls, of which the upper swirl is green, the lower right swirl is blue, and the lower left swirl is yellowish orange. Each swirl contains a border in a darker shade of the same color as the rest of the swirl. On the green swirl is the wording "BUILDING PERSONAL CAPABILITY" above a darker green circle in which there is a stylized profile of a human head on which is superimposed a gear or settings design. On the blue swirl is the wording "DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL CAPABILITY" underneath a darker blue circle in which there is a stylized representation of a human figure climbing stairs or steps. On the yellowish-orange swirl is the wording "IMPACTING ORGANIZATIONAL CAPABILITY" above a darker yellowish-orange circle in which there is a stylized representation of a pointed flag on which are the capital letters "TD" above a representation of an ascending graph. The white background between the swirl sections is background only and is not specifically in the color white. The wording on each swirl is in white, with the middle word in bold print. In the center of the mark is a smaller circle in white, inside of which is the lettering "ATD" in stylized form, such that the left side of the "a" is yellow and gradually fades to orange as the reader looks to the right, the left side of "t" is orange and gradually fades to dark orange as the reader looks to the right, and the left side of the "d" is dark orange and gradually fades to red as the reader looks to the right.
