The mark consists of the terms GARWOOD MEDICAL in green coloring (specifically, PMS 361 C) appearing above the terms DEVICE, LLC in cyan-blue coloring (specifically, PMS 2915 C) and in a smaller size font. Appearing atop the literal elements is a design element consisting of an arc forming approximately 300 degrees of the circumference of a circle with an open space at the top right of the circle forming approximately 60 degrees of the circle circumference. The circle form encompasses four lines each forming a right angle and arrayed together to form the shape of a cross.
