The mark consists of two groups of stylized leaves forming a crest. At the top of the design in between the leaves are three stylized bees. One of the stylized bees is slightly above and between the other two stylized bees. Below the bees and in the middle of the leaves are the letters "N" and "B" in stylized font. At the bottom of the crest is the word "NEW YORK" with "NEW" to the bottom and left of the leaves and the word "YORK" to the bottom and right of the leaves. Beneath both "NEW" and "YORK" is a solid horizontal line. Below this horizontal line and the leaves is the name "NELLO VON BALAN" in stylized font. Beneath "NELLO VON BALAN" is the word "NATURA MAGICA". On either side of "NATURA MAGICA" is a horizontal line.
