The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising the design and layout of a dart play station within applicant's dart pub. The dart play station features a wooden panel attached to a wall, comprised of 4x5 inlaid square designs, including a dart board in the center of the wooden panel. The dart board is surrounded by a round frame and interior lighting within the frame, lining the exterior of the dart board and the interior of the frame. Attached to the top quadrant of the panel is a computer screen. On top of the computer screen is a fleur-de-lis design piece element. The design element and top half of the computer screen is surrounded by an exposed bulb lighting display attached to the wall, depicting a "stacked" display, with the center of the lighting fixture demonstrating a flat level, and the remaining portion of the lighting display conveying elevating thresholds to the center of the display. Immediately in front of the wooden panel are two slim, rectangular tables, with the end of one table containing an embedded screen. On the floor between the two rectangular tables are three metal plates embedded into the floor, displaying the words, "pro," "regular," and "rookie," in that order moving from the line closest to the dart board, to the line that is furthest from the dart board. Immediately in front of the dart play station is a seating arrangement comprised of quilted leather cushions, attached to a wooden frame with inlaid square designs matching the wooden panel used in the dart play station. The back of the seating arrangement incorporates two metal design elements attached to the first and last quarters of the wooden panel comprising the rear of this seating arrangement.
