The mark consists of the words "V.I.P COCO NUT" in a stylized font in which the words are stacked on top of each other; three tiers. The top tier comprised of "V.I.P"., is the smallest tier and fits in a depression created by the positioning of the glyphs in the tier below. "COCO" comprises the second tier and the glyphs are arranged in an off sett pattern, creating the a fore mentioned depression and setting the first "O" glyph below the "N" and "U" glyphs of the final tier. The final tier contains "NUT", to the left of the "N" glyph, and slightly overlapping, is the image of a coconut. Extending from behind the coconut image is the silhouette of a coconut tree bearing fruit, with several fronds extending behind the "C" glyph of the second tier.
