The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress of the product packaging. The front, back and sides of the packaging have a plaid design on a black background. The plaid design consists of the colors brown, light brown, yellow, light yellow, white and grey. There is thin yellow border placed at the top and bottom of the front, back and sides of the packaging. There is also a black banner placed near the bottom of the front, back and sides of the packaging that has a thin yellow border. Just above the banner, and on each side of the packaging, there is a bagpiper in the colors yellow, brown, black and white. Toward the top face of the packaging, there is a roughly trapezoidal shape with a slightly rounded top, yellow border and black background that contain five bagpipers in the colors yellow, brown, black and white. Below the trapezoidal shape, there is a slightly off centered seal in black that has a yellow border. In the center of the seal, there is a mountain landscape. Across the mountain landscape is a black banner with yellow borders. On the back of the packaging, there is a there is a roughly trapezoidal shape with a slightly rounded top, yellow border and black background. The top part of the backing is black with a thin yellow border and placed in the center is a bagpiper in the colors yellow, brown, black and white.
