The mark consists of a black and white image with a representation of pole running from top to bottom (but not from top edge to bottom edge), with the pole tapering as it extends from top to bottom. The top of the pole has a round ball-shaped knob at the top. The pole is intersected near the top by two representations of rifles which create a large "X", intersecting the pole at the center of the "X". The bottom half of the pole is surrounded by two representations of snakes whose tails nearly touch the bottom of the poll and who then coil amount the pole, moving upwards in the same direction. The "heads" of the outlined snakes then face each other near the center of the pole, with the pole being directly between such two "heads". The representation of the pole, the rifles, and the snakes are all white, with the background of the image being all black.
