Land development advisory services, including developing community plans that serve as a blueprint to develop and guide local decision making in areas such as natural resources preservation, economic development, housing, land use, and public services, and developing master plans for airports with evaluation of impacts to natural and cultural resources within the environment that may be impacted by airport terminal and runway improvement projects

Transportation, transit, and traffic planning services including developing plans that involve government agencies, organizations and the public for a comprehensive look at existing and future transportation needs; conducting community engagement/liaison and data collection services for increasing public awareness and encouraging involvement from the public in transportation planning, collecting qualitative and quantitative data for purposes of analyzing and evaluating planning aspects of transportation projects; and consulting on environmental regulatory matters pertaining to the transportation plans; developing plans for bus operations, shuttle service operations, and transit coordination and policy; assessing, evaluating, and recommending safe operations for the movement of people and vehicles within transportation systems, operational planning and visual simulation of the transportation infrastructure and facilities; assessing bicycle and pedestrian networks that encourage and support bicycle use and pedestrian activity; land use planning and urban design planning services including, developing plans that focus on community spaces relative to transportation systems with public spaces, buildings, and services in an urban environment; developing community plans that assess land use patterns and trends and the long-term impacts of proposed projects to the communities where they are located

Environmental permitting, consulting on environmental regulatory matters, and assessment including conducting fieldwork and surveys, engaging with government agencies, leading regulatory processes, and developing permits for plans that impact natural and cultural resources in the environment; defining and evaluating alternatives, critically assess potential project impacts, and identify and develop design modifications and/or mitigation measures for wetlands and water resources, natural resources, cultural resources, land use, traffic, parking, and pedestrian and bicycling consideration; incorporating and utilizing environmental science and knowledge of sensitive environmental resources and anticipating compliance issues for integrating in transportation planning and construction projects
