Nutraceuticals for use as a dietary supplement containing naturally occurring cannabidiol present in hemp oil derived solely from cannabis with a delta-9 THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis; pharmaceuticals, for the regulation of body systems; therapeutic pharmaceuticals for health and well-being, namely, weight control, appetite suppression, muscle relaxation, and sleep disorders; all of the foregoing comprising hemp oil and containing naturally occurring cannabidiol derived solely from hemp with a delta-9 THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis, or synthetic cannabidiol; nutritional supplements comprising hemp oil and containing only naturally occurring cannabidiol derived solely from hemp with a delta-9 THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis
