The chord notes in the 4 tone melodic sequence are power-chords - the sequence is playing Gb5(Gb+Db), F5(F+C), Db5(Db+Ab), Eb5(Eb+Bb). The first three eighth notes at the beginning (Gb5 - F5 - Db5), are played in rhythmically fitting order. A quarter of rest between these three notes and the last note (Eb5) emphasizes the fourth note.
