The mark consists of a layering of three circular drawing designs, and which overall mark contains the words "MUSIC CITY ORTHOPAEDICS" encircling a design of three-large-stars in their own circular pattern at the center of the drawing. Specifically, the word "ORTHOPAEDICS" is in an all-caps large font and is displayed prominently against and follows along the bottom inner perimeter of the contrasting underlying foundational circle of the drawing. Stacked on top of the foundational circle is a cut-away circle with the lower edge cut-away to frame and follow along the upper curvature of the word "ORTHOPAEDICS" and then clipping off outwardly at each end to form the upper half of the cut-away circle. This upper circle has an inner border design composed of small blocks closely positioned in single file to form a half-circle border on the outer edge. Situated beneath the circular block border is the all-caps large font words "MUSIC CITY" forming a semi-circle along the upper border. A large dot is positioned before the "M" and after the "Y". The design of the very inner circular layer consists of a circle having an outer and inner contrasting border and having centered within the circle a drawing containing three large five-sided stars in a circular pattern.
