The stylized black roots flow around the edges of the fist and partially form the fist's black outline. Beneath the fist is a stylized white-shaded rectangle with black outline. In the white interior of the rectangle are the stylized black words "STAND UP SPEAK UP SPEAK OUT". The color white not appearing within the fist, the concentric circles, or the rectangle represents background, outlining, shading, or transparent area that is not a feature of the mark.
