pharmaceutical preparations including over-the-counter drug syrups and other preparations, namely; over-the-counter cough syrups and other antitussive pharmaceutical preparations for suppressing coughs; over-the-counter energy syrups containing vitamin, mineral, herbal, botanical, amino acid, or other nutritional supplements for boosting energy and other vitamin, mineral, herbal, botanical, amino acid, or other nutritional supplement preparations for boosting energy; over-the-counter anti-allergy syrups and other pharmaceutical preparations for relieving allergy symptoms; over-the-counter antihistamine syrups and other pharmaceutical preparations for relieving allergy symptoms; over-the-counter analgesic syrups and other pharmaceutical preparations for relieving pain; over-the-counter expectorant syrups and other pharmaceutical preparations for relieving bronchial congestion; over-the-counter anti-flatulence syrups and other pharmaceutical preparations for relieving intestinal distress caused by gastro-intestinal gas; over-the-counter decongestant syrups and other pharmaceutical preparations for relieving nasal congestion; over-the-counter drug syrups and other pharmaceutical preparations for treating symptoms of the common cold and influenza; over-the-counter drug syrups and other pharmaceutical preparations containing more than one of the foregoing active ingredients for relieving multiple symptoms, namely, antitussive active ingredients for suppressing coughs, vitamin, mineral, herbal, botanical, amino acid, anti-allergy active ingredients for relieving allergy symptoms, antihistamine active ingredients for relieving allergy symptoms, analgesic active ingredients for relieving pain, expectorant active ingredients for relieving bronchial congestion, anti-flatulence active ingredients for relieving intestinal distress caused by gastro-intestinal gas, decongestant active ingredients for relieving nasal congestion, and drug active ingredients for treating symptoms of the common cold and influenza; and over-the-counter dietary supplement syrups and other preparations being dietary supplements
