The mark consists of an "e" in on the left side of the "logo" in a circular design which is larger than any of the rest of the logo and equals the depth of both "Everett" and "Decision Systems. Directly to the right of the logo is the word "everett" with the letter "e" in lower case, which it the largest text of the three (3) lines of text utilized on the logo. Directly under "everett" is a single solid line that is used to separate the word "everett" and "decision systems". Below the above mentioned line is the text of "decision systems" in all capitalized letters and a slightly smaller font size than the word "everett". The text "decision systems" is centered directly under the text "everett". This text is directly above another single solid line that is used to separate the words "decision systems" and the words "Using Science to Improve Decision Making". Below this line are the words "Using Science to Improve Decision Making", with the "U", "S", "I", "D", and "M" all capitalized while the "t" remains lower cased. The text is of a smaller font than either "everett" and "decision making" and is actually centered within the logo itself. There is no line and/or markings underneath this last text line.
