The mark consists of Black compass logo has the word "BLACK" over the word "COMPASS" with both words capitalized in the "prosto" font. in the logo the "B" is over the "M", "L" over the "P", "C" over first "S", and "K" over the second "S". The logo replaces the "A" in both words as one large image shared by both words. The logo image is a picture of a black compass, the right leg longer than the left, attached to a bronze circle that is incomplete. The bronze circle is both dark bronze color and gold, and is partially open at the bottom right. there is a black bar with a red arrow pointing to the right "E", goin through the middle of the compass with a faint grey 6 point compass star behind it. the compass has a ring with a knob at the to of it and the top point of the grey compass star can be seen in the ring. The left side of the compass leg is shorter than the right, and touches a black circle line that is broken at the top with an "N", right with an "E", bottom with a "S", and left with a "W". Both legs of the compass has an even thin space "line" just below the black bar.
